Williams (ankle) has returned to Sunday's game against the Browns, Tom Withers of The Associated Press reports.
The All-Pro tackle has come back into Sunday's contest after he suffered an ankle injury earlier in the game. Williams has replaced backup Jaylon Moore on San Francisco's offensive line.
