Bandy was waived by the Chargers on Tuesday, Gilbert Manzano of The Orange County Register reports.
The undrafted free agent never really had a shot at making the team, especially after the Chargers made the surprising choice to keep just five wideouts. It's likely Bandy will return to the team via the practice squad.
