However, the 29-year-old has posted the second-most top-five finishes with eight and has performed well of late, as he was fourth at Nashville and third at Road America in his last two outings. Larson will aim for his first checkered flag in 10 career Cup Series starts at Atlanta Motor Speedway when he gets behind the wheel for the 2022 Quaker State 400 on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET.

The 43-year-old former Cup Series champion has won this race the last three times it was run, beginning in 2009.
