Paris-St. Germain is still looking to catch fire in the way that many thought it would following the acquisition of Lionel Messi. On Tuesday, RB Leipzig hopes to steal a result from PSG to keep its dim hopes of advancing out of Group A in Champions League play. Although it took two losses in its first Champions League matches, Leipzig is hoping that it can play with momentum from recent positive Bundesliga performances. You can catch the match live on Paramount+.

Kick-off for PSG vs. Leipzig is set for 3 p.m. ET from Parc des Princes in Paris, France. PSG is the heavy -185 favorite (risk $185 to win $100) on the 90-minute money line in the latest PSG vs. RB Leipzig odds from Caesars Sportsbook. Leipzig is the +475 favorite, a draw returns +340, and the over-under for total goals scored is set at 3.5. Tuesday's match will be streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

UEFA Champions League picks for RB Leipzig vs. PSG

Before you tune in to Tuesday's match, you need to see the PSG vs. RB Leipzig picks from SportsLine's proprietary European soccer model. Created by two Norwegians -- professional poker player and sports bettor Jonas Gjelstad, and economics and engineering expert Marius Norheim -- the model analyzes worldwide betting data and exploits market inefficiencies, helping its followers cash in. Since coming to SportsLine last year, the algorithm is up over $8,500.

For PSG vs. Leipzig, the model is leaning under the total of 3.5 total goals. Leipzig needs a win and help if there is any potential of advancing out of Group A and on to knockouts. However, it doesn't appear to have the class it needs at the front of its attack to break down the PSG defensive back line.

Behind the trio of Messi, Neymar and Mbappe, the next most valuable player for PSG is center back and captain Marquinhos. The Brazilian has a collective match rating of 7.06 through his first two Champions League matches this year and is just a cut behind that in French Ligue 1 appearances. Right back Achraf Hakimi has had similar results in his matches this season.

Leipzig's biggest results this season have all come against teams near the bottom of the Bundesliga table, and with minimal prospects of advancing out of the group stage in UCL, the club's motivation could be an issue. PSG could likely keep its place atop the group simply by showing up, and that's why the model sees a low total score for Tuesday.
