Hawes will likely start at center in Friday's game against the Magic.
The Hornets will be without Cody Zeller (shoulder) and Al Jefferson (knee) on Friday, leaving a void at center that Hawes appears in line to fill, as coach Steve Clifford seems content to keep rookie Frank Kaminsky with the second unit. Hawes figures to see a boost in minutes in place of the ailing Zeller, but it's Kaminsky who ranks as the more appealing DFS punt-play option of the two.
