The Knicks waived Roby on Saturday.
Roby inked an Exhibit 10 contract earlier in the day, and even after waiving him, the Knicks will have ownership over his G League rights. Unless another team signs Roby to a contract before opening night, he'll likely report to Knicks' affiliate in Westchester.
