Zadorov scored a goal, added two PIM and logged four hits in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Predators in Game 5. For the second time in five playoff games, Zadorov had the Canucks' lone goal in a loss. The defenseman has three points, eight shots on net, 22 hits and a plus-1 rating so far in the postseason. He remains on the third pairing on paper, but he's exceeded 20 minutes of ice time in each of the last three games -- it appears he's earned extra responsibility from head coach Rick Tocchet.... Zadorov scored a goal on two shots, added two PIM and logged four hits in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to the Predators in Game 2. Zadorov had gone 12 games without a goal, picking up three assists in that span. The 29-year-old defenseman got the Canucks on the board in the second period, but they couldn't form a comeback. Canucks' Nikita Zadorov: Supplies helper in Game 1 win
Zadorov logged an assist, three shots on goal and five hits in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Predators in Game 1. Zadorov has three helpers over nine outings in April, and he's added 26 hits and 25 PIM. The 29-year-old should have no trouble staying in the lineup, but his offense is likely to be limited given his bottom-four role. Zadorov had 20 points, 90 shots on net, 175 hits, 68 blocked shots and 125 PIM over 75 appearances between the Canucks and the Flames in the regular season.... See More ... See Less -

Zadorov provided an assist and six hits in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Oilers. Zadorov has two helpers and 21 PIM over six contests in April. Canucks' Nikita Zadorov: Unlikely hero Thursday
Zadorov scored twice on five shots and blocked two shots in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Canadiens. Zadorov's pair of tallies in the first period ended up being all Casey DeSmith needed to guide the Canucks to a win. This was Zadorov's second multi-point outing in his last four games. The rugged defenseman is up to six goals, 18 points, 75 shots on net, 147 hits, 60 blocked shots, 98 PIM and a plus-3 rating over 64 contests between the Canucks and the Flames this season. While Thursday was an impressive effort, Zadorov's third-pairing role makes it unlikely he'll replicate this outing any time soon.... See More ... See Less -

His scoring pace has actually dipped a bit with the Canucks, though he's also seen less ice time. Zadorov could get some of that playing time back while Tyler Myers (lower body) is sidelined on a week-to-week basis.... See More ... See Less -
Canucks' Nikita Zadorov: Buries goal in return
Zadorov scored a goal and added two PIM in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Red Wings. He's at eight points, 39 shots on net, 59 hits, 35 blocked shots, 49 PIM and a minus-1 rating through 34 appearances.... See More ... See Less -

Zadorov's first game as a Canuck was also a return to Calgary, just two days after the Flames traded him away. The 28-year-old blueliner ended his Flames tenure on a seven-game point drought, but he was able to get on the scoresheet by setting up Elias Pettersson's empty-net goal in the third period to seal Vancouver's win Saturday. Zadorov has seven points, 41 hits, 21 blocked shots, 29 shots on net, 23 PIM and a minus-4 rating over 22 appearances this season. Zadorov was traded from the Flames to the Canucks on Thursday in exchange for a fifth-round pick in 2024 and a third-round pick in 2026. Zadorov reportedly wanted a trade out of Calgary, where he's been stuck in a bottom-four role this year, and now he's gotten his wish. Zadorov has picked up six points, 29 shots on net, 41 hits, 19 blocked shots, 23 PIM and a minus-6 rating over 21 outings with the Flames this year, which was his third season with the team.
