A weather delay has given daily Fantasy players an extra day to set their NASCAR DFS lineups for Talladega. The 2020 Geico 500, originally scheduled for Sunday at 3 pm. ET, is now set to take the green flag at 3 p.m. ET on Monday. DraftKings is hosting a NASCAR $80K Piston, while FanDuel has a $50K NASCAR Intimidator.

Chase Elliott is going off as the most expensive option in the NASCAR DFS driver pool for Talladega on both sites. For the 2020 Geico 500, McClure is high on Joey Logano ($13,000 on FanDuel, $10,200 on DraftKings). The 2018 NASCAR Cup Series champion already has two wins in 2020 at Las Vegas and Phoenix. As a result, he's third in the NASCAR standings. 

Now, Logano will head to a track where he's had an impressive history. Logano has three wins at Talladega Superspeedway and he hasn't finished worse than 11th at the track in his last five starts there. He's also led laps in eight of his last nine starts at Talladega, so he's a strong bet to work his way towards the front to earn plenty of NASCAR daily Fantasy points on Monday.

McClure's NASCAR DFS strategy also includes rostering Christopher Bell ($8,900 on FanDuel, $9,700 on DraftKings). The Cup Series rookie is making his debut at Talladega at this level, but he's found success at the 2.66-mile track on other circuits. He finished third at Talladega in 2019 in the Xfinity Series and second in 2017 in the Truck Series.

He's finished 11th or better four times, including a career-best eighth-place performance last week at Miami.
