Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, recently convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life behind bars, was reportedly involved in an incident at his prison.

According to CNN, Hernandez played the role of lookout at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center for a group of inmates involved in a fight Tuesday.

Hernandez "agreed to be the lookout for another inmate who went into another prisoner's cell" according to CNN, during an incident that is "believed to be gang-related."

The former NFL star, along with the two other prisoners, are going to be disciplined for the fight, according to CNN.
