What to know about each team:

FGCU: Florida Gulf Coast, the team that built its reputation several years ago as Dunk City for its high-flying offense, has changed coaches since that 2014 postseason run. But its dunking philosophy hasn’t changed under coach Joe Dooley. The Eagles return to the Big Dance for a third time since 2013, and they have the potential to soar and dunk their way to wins as we’ve become accustomed to.

Florida State: Florida State’s ability to overwhelm the opponent with size and athleticism makes projections entirely reliant on matchups. The NBA fans are going to make the Seminoles a must-watch team because of likely lottery pick Jonathan Isaac and versatile swingman Dwayne Bacon, and they’ll need superstar performances from both to make the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2011.
