Lewis was waived by the Titans on Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Lewis spent last season with the Titans' practice squad before signing a reserve/future contract with the team in late 2018. He likely would have been considered a long shot to make the final roster heading into training camp.
