I like what Adidas is doing with these scientific-type videos. They did a good one with Jason Day and this one with Dustin Johnson is equal parts interesting and informative.
Sure, you can cherry-pick tests that benefit your product but it really seems like they're invested in making something that is marketable as well as actually beneficial to golfers.
Plus, they look terrific:
As has been noted on this blog before, I'm not the biggest Adidas guy ever but I can't deny what they're doing with their golf kicks.
They look clean, feel terrific, and are leading the way (along with others) in a shift towards making golf a more athletic, lighter sport.
