It can be frustrating in soccer -- or any sport for that matter -- to have a call not go your way when you are convinced it should have. What's important is to not react negatively. Theo Hernandez didn't get the memo.

The Alaves man lost his cool and was red carded on Sunday in the 1-1 draw against Malaga. He thought he was fouled, didn't get the call and then did this to Ignacio Camacho.

Vicious, criminal tackle. A well-deserved straight red, but more should be coming. In my book, he should miss four months of games for something so terrible.

Kids, this is what not to do if the ref doesn't grant a foul for your dive.
