White Sox send P Hector Noesi to Triple-A Charlotte

The White Sox have outrighted right-handed starter Hector Noesi to Triple-A Charlotte eight days after designating him for assignment.

Noesi, who was banished to the bullpen in late May, earned the demotion by losing all four decisions this season and compiling a 6.89 ERA.
