NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HOW IT WORKS: The P&G Super Bowl 50 Sweepstakes available at ShopRite® ("Sweepstakes") will award one Grand Prize trip for two to Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, CA on February 7, 2016. See Rule # 4 for details on how to enter.

2. SPONSOR: The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC, One P&G Plaza, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the states of Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland and Pennsylvania, who are 18 years or older as of date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Wakefern Food Corp., NFL Entities (as defined below), their respective shareholders and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, participating vendors, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively "Released Parties") and immediate families and members of households of each of the foregoing are ineligible to enter. "Household member" shall mean people who share the same residence at least 3 months a year. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants (each an "Entrant") are required to register at ShopRitePlay.com/fantasy and obtain a User ID. Limit one registration/User ID per person; a person can use only one email address to register.

The Sweepstakes begins 8/30/15 and ends 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 12/22/15 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter the Sweepstakes, visit ShopRitePlay.com/fantasy during the Sweepstakes Period, register or login using your User ID and follow the onscreen instructions to input the 9-digit Official Entry Code ("Code"). See below for details on how to obtain a Code. For each valid Code you enter, you will receive 6 entries into the Sweepstakes. Codes must be submitted online by 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/22/15.

There is a maximum of 60 Codes a Sweepstakes Entrant may input into his/her account throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of obtaining Code. An Entrant may enter up to (5) Codes into his/her account each Entry Period, up to a maximum of 60 Codes during the entire Sweepstakes. Entrants may submit Codes for previous Entry Periods, up to a maximum of (5) Codes per Entry Period.

There are 16 entry periods (each an "Entry Period") in the Sweepstakes. The first Entry Period begins 8/30/15. An Entry Period is defined as beginning 12:00:00 Start of Day ET on Sunday through 11:59:59 PM ET on the following Saturday (except for the final Entry Period which will begin 12:00:00 Start of Day ET on Sunday 12/13/15 through 11:59:59 PM ET on Tuesday 12/22/15).

5. HOW TO OBTAIN A CODE: No purchase necessary. Free alternate means of entry available (see below).

To receive an Official Entry Code via a Qualified Purchase: During the period of 12:00:00 Start of Day ET on 8/30/15 through 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/5/15, each time you make a qualifying purchase (as defined below) and use your ShopRite® Price Plus® Club card at a participating ShopRite® store in the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania you will automatically receive an Official Entry Code (each a "Code") printed on the coupon (via the coupon printer) at checkout along with your receipt. One Official Entry Code qualifies for 6 Sweepstakes Entries.

A Qualifying Purchase must be made in one transaction during the indicated period and must include the purchase of any 6 of the specified Brand(s), as indicated in the chart below. If you do not have a ShopRite® Price Plus® Club card, you may obtain one at no charge at the customer service desk of any ShopRite® store.

*Each period begins 12:00:00 Start of Day ET on the first date of the period and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on the last date of the qualifying purchase period.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To receive an Official Entry Code (worth 6 Sweepstakes Entries) without using a ShopRite® Price Plus® Club card or making a purchase send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to: Entry Code Request, P.O. Box 5621, Blair, NE 68009-5621 to be received by 12/11/15. An Official Entry Code will be mailed back to the Entrant and Entrant will need to register and enter code online no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/22/15 (as outlined above). You may obtain up to a maximum of 60 Codes during the entire Sweepstakes Period, using this method. There is a maximum of 60 Codes a Sweepstakes Entrant may input into his/her account throughout the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of method of obtaining Code. Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible or postage-due requests or mail.

6. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 12/23/15 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc. ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

7. PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a trip for winner and a guest to attend Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, CA on February 7, 2016. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home, 3-nights hotel accommodations, one room (double occupancy) and two Super Bowl admission tickets. Winner will also receive $750 spending money (awarded as a check). If the winner lives within a 250-mile radius of Santa Clara, CA (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), winner will receive a $400 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation; no additional compensation will be provided. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, souvenirs, baggage fees, upgraded room accommodations and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Please note, hotels typically require a credit card on file for incidentals. Actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner's point of departure/return. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of football game or issues arising from game venue operation and management. In the event the game is cancelled or postponed for any reason, including due to lock-out or strike, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents or game tickets (Approximate Retail Value: $5,750). Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via email and potential winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release (collectively "Sweepstakes Prize Documents"). Sweepstakes Administrator will email a PDF file with the Sweepstakes Prize Documents to the potential winner and the potential winner must complete and return such documents by fax or email (PDF) within 5 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of attempted delivery of same. Traveling companion (and parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is a minor in his/her state of residence) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 5 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) of winner's attempted notification. Noncompliance within any stated time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must agree to depart and return on dates specified by the Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. Verified winner will be notified by e-mail.

9. GENERAL: Released Parties are not responsible for damaged, incomplete, illegible Codes or for technical, hardware, software, electronic malfunctions or computer/scanner/printer failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes that may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human or other error that may occur in the printing of the coupons/Codes or in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason, (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes), the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.

If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of Sweepstakes entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional Sweepstakes entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the Entrant may be declared null and void. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Proof of submitting entries/Codes will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. Any entries/Codes which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor.

No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Entrants/winner (and parent/legal guardian if Entrant/winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties and the NFL Entities (as defined below) from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of prize, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges (Web Host, Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator), which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's' name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROGRAM IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the Entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the online registration form. Any damage made to the Web Site by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the Entrant and/or the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of registration. Sponsor and web host reserve the right to freeze or close an account or to prohibit the participation of an Entrant if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the Entrant fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries or participates by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit any prize won.

10. WINNER: For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send an email to winners.list.request@dlblairsweeps.com with WINNERS 1001 as the subject line. Requests must be received by 1/25/16. Winner list will be sent after the winner has been verified.

Neither the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "NFL Entities") nor Wakefern Food Corp., its shareholders and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "ShopRite Entities") will have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. Neither the NFL Entities nor the ShopRite Entities have offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
