Pipkins (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Pipkins suffered the injury in the Chargers' Week 12 win over Arizona. He was deemed day-to-day but did not practice in any capacity leading up to the team's Week 13 contest. Storm Norton is likely to take over at right tackle in Pipkins' absence.
