Power Play (Money Back) Guarantee for CBSSports.com Fantasy Hockey Commissioner:
CBS Interactive Inc. ("CBSI") intends to provide the best fantasy sports league management services available anywhere. We want to earn your business and keep it. If for any reason the CBSSports.com user (the "Customer") who pays for a 2025-26 CBSSports.com Fantasy Hockey Commissioner Product (the "Product") is unsatisfied with such Product league (the "League(s)") experience, CBSSports.com will refund the fee paid for such League, subject to the following conditions:
Customer requests a refund any time through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, November 3, 2025.
Customer is in compliance with the 2025-26 CBSSports.com Hockey Commissioner Terms of Use.
Customer's League is in compliance with the 2025-26 CBSSports.com Hockey Commissioner Terms of Use.
Refunds will not be provided to individual "team managers," only to the Customer that paid for the League. There will be no partial refunds.
Refunds will be processed via the method of payment in which Customer initially used to pay for the League.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the refund request is authenticated by CBSI's Fantasy Support team. When a refund is processed, the associated League will be discontinued (i.e. it will no longer be accessible for use). To request a refund, please contact CBSI's Fantasy Support team. The Fantasy Support team can be contacted by the Customer through the Help Center in the League page. Once in the Help Center, click "Submit Question". To verify authenticity of email refund requests, follow-up contact from CBSI will be required before the refund is processed.
CBSI reserves the right to discontinue and/or alter these terms for the Money Back Power Play Guarantee at any time.
