Kurtz signed with Belfast of the EIHL in the United Kingdom on Wednesday, TSN reports.
The 28-year-old is most familiar with the AHL circuit. Last year, he played in 17 games for the Lightning's minor-league affiliate in Syracuse, netting only six points. As a guy who's yet to make his NHL debut, he can be disregarded in any fantasy format.
