Jason Dufner is known for his steady, calm nature on the golf course. Announcers regularly joke about how excited he is about a shot as the camera zooms in on his expressionless face.

The normally calm Dufner had a minor outburst -- well, a major outburst for him -- on the third green during the third round of the PGA Championship on Saturday. Dufner, after sticking his tee shot within 10 feet, missed the birdie putt and cleaned up for par. Frustrated by his putting woes, which have held him back all week, Dufner finally had enough and smacked his ball into the water with his putter.

It's really impressive to make good enough contact to launch the ball. Most golfers have tried this maneuver, but it often ends up with a whiff -- which just makes you even angrier. Dufner finally got a birdie putt to fall on No. 6, three holes later, and gave an exasperated look to the gallery, as if to say, "finally."

At least he only deposited the ball in the lake, and not his club like John Daly on Friday. Dufner is currently 1 under for Round 3 and 1 over for the tournament.
