The Panthers have signed wide receiver Mike Brown to a futures contract, according to jacksonville.com. Brown spent two seasons with the Jaguars, including 2013 when Brown caught 32 passes for 446 yards and two touchdowns.
He played sparingly in 2014, catching just seven passes for 88 yards in five games for Jacksonville.
