PHOTO: Nathan MacKinnon dresses as Royal Baby for Halloween
The Colorado Avalanche put together a solid group costume for Halloween, dressing as the Royal Family, with Nathan MacKinnon playing the role of Royal Baby.
The Colorado Avalanche are winning on the ice and now it looks like they may be winning Halloween as well. With a few days off, the Avs were in the holiday spirit, so much so that some of them decided to dress in a group costume and it’s utterly fantastic.
The arrival of the Royal Baby was all the rage throughout the world recently. Since Nathan MacKinnon is basically the hockey world’s version of the Royal Baby, it’s only fitting that he’d be the Prince George of the Avalanche’s group costume.
Also getting in on the act is Jamie McGinn as Bro Prince Harry, complete with bedazzled sash and aviators, and Jean-Sebastien Giguere as prim and proper Prince William. It all fits so well.
The Avalanche can do no wrong this season it seems.
