Robertson scored his 13th goal of the season Tuesday in a 5-2 win over the Devils. He's been especially effective of late, putting up three goals and an assist in his last four games (six shots). Robertson has 13 goals and 25 points in 52 contests in 2023-24, which would prorate to 20 goals and 39 points over a full campaign. This is the first season that Robertson has gotten an opportunity to skate more regular shifts in the NHL, and his growth pattern continues to track upward. He may not be a star, but he does have the talent to deliver sturdy production from the middle six.... See More ... See Less

Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Goal, assist in win
Robertson notched a goal and an assist in Monday's 6-4 victory over the Panthers. Robertson opened the scoring late in the first period, beating Sergei Bobrovsky on a breakaway before adding an assist on Matthew Knies' tally in the second. The 22-year-old Robertson now has two goals and three points in his last two contests -- he has four goals and five points in nine games since he was recalled from the AHL in mid-March. Overall, Robertson has 12 goals with 12 assists through a career-most 50 appearances at the NHL level this season.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Summoned from minors
Robertson was brought up from AHL Toronto on Monday. Robertson has eight goals and 19 points in 41 NHL outings this season. He also has five goals and six assists over nine AHL appearances during the 2023-24 campaign.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Reassigned to AHL
Robertson was sent to AHL Toronto on Saturday. Robertson has eight goals and 19 points in 41 contests with the Maple Leafs this season while averaging 11:22 of ice time. His reassignment made room for Calle Jarnkrok's (hand) activation from long-term injured reserve. Teams can exceed the 23-man roster limit after the March 8 trade deadline, provided they remain compliant with the salary cap, which will give the Maple Leafs more roster flexibility past that point.... Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Helpers in consecutive contests
Robertson logged an assist and blocked two shots in Thursday's 7-3 win over the Golden Knights. Robertson has a helper in each of the last two games and four points over his last four outings. The 22-year-old has found success on a line with John Tavares and Bobby McMann -- the trio combined on the Maple Leafs' third goal Thursday. Robertson is up to 19 points, 58 shots on net, 25 hits, 18 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 38 appearances this season.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Reaches 10-assist mark
Robertson logged an assist in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Coyotes. Robertson has been solid with four points over eight games in February. It's been enough to keep him in the lineup regularly as a middle-six winger. The 22-year-old has 18 points, 58 shots on net, 24 hits and a plus-1 rating through 37 outings overall. Robertson's production mostly comes from scoring, and he's got enough of that to help fantasy managers in deep formats.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Lights lamp late in loss
Robertson scored a goal, added two hits and went plus-2 in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Hurricanes. Robertson has scored in back-to-back games for the first time in his career. His tally Saturday was too late to make a difference, but the winger continues to play solidly in a bottom-six role. He has five goals, six assists, 34 shots on net and a plus-2 rating through 23 appearances this season.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Gets power-play helper
Robertson delivered an assist Thursday in a 6-5 overtime loss to Columbus. It came on the power play. Robertson has eight points (three goals, five assists) in 16 games this season while toiling on the third line. All things considered, his production has been solid, even if his mesh with line mates hasn't. Robertson has top-six talent, but we don't know if that will manifest itself with the Leafs. His fantasy value will go up if and when he climbs onto a scoring line permanently.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Summoned from AHL
Robertson was recalled from AHL Toronto on Monday. Robertson has racked up five goals and 11 points in nine AHL contests this campaign. He has three goals, four assists, 50 shots on net and 31 hits in 31 NHL appearances with the Maple Leafs over the past three seasons. Robertson is projected to play on the third line against Tampa Bay on Monday.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Sent to AHL affiliate
Robertson was loaned to AHL Toronto on Monday. Robertson drew into 15 games with the Maple Leafs before underoing shoulder surgery last season, picking up two goals and five points while averaging 10:53 of ice time over that span. Although he'll start the season in the AHL, Robertson should remain atop the list of potential call-ups for the big club throughout the 2023-24 campaign.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Active for training camp
Robertson (shoulder) skated with the Maple Leafs' second group Thursday to begin training camp, David Alter of Sports Illustrated reports. Robertson was given a six-month timeline to return after undergoing shoulder surgery in January, so it's not a surprise to see him back in action. It doesn't appear he'll have any limitations, so the 22-year-old winger will have a chance to win a job in camp. Unfortunately for Robertson, the Maple Leafs boast one of the deepest forward groups in the league, so he'll likely start 2023-24 with AHL Toronto unless he puts forth a really impressive performance in camp. His main competition for playing time will likely be Noah Gregor.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Done for season
Robertson (shoulder) underwent shoulder surgery recently and will need six months to recover. Robertson's timetable rules him out for the rest of the regular season, and it suggests that he won't be an option during the playoffs either, even if the Leafs go on a deep run. He has two goals and five points in 15 contests while averaging 10:53 of ice time this season. The 21-year-old was last in the lineup Dec. 8.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Shifts to LTIR
Robertson (shoulder) was moved to long-term injured reserve Tuesday, per CapFriendly Robertson, who hasn't played since Dec. 8, was originally slated to be out for 6-8 weeks. The move to LTIR won't impact his timetable. He has five points, 27 shots on goal and 18 hits in 15 games with the Leafs this season.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Out 6-8 weeks
Robertson (shoulder) will be out of action for 6-8 weeks, Lance Hornby of The Toronto Sun reports. The good news is that no surgery will be required. The 21-year-old should return around the All-Star break. It's a tough blow for Robertson, who had started to see second-line action of late with John Tavares and Mitch Marner. Robertson's spot on the second line has been taken by Denis Malgin. Robertson has two goals and five points in 15 games this season.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Will be out long-term
Robertson (shoulder) is expected to miss significant time, David Alter of Sports Illustrated reports. More details will likely be available in the coming days, but it sounds like Robertson's recovery timeline will be measured in weeks rather than days. It's a tough break for the young winger, who has five points in 15 contests this season. The 21-year-old's timeline should become clearer when the Maple Leafs provide another update.... See More ... Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Sustains shoulder injury
Robertson won't return to Thursday's game versus the Kings due to a shoulder injury. Robertson was hurt on a hit in the first period, and it's enough to keep him out of the rest of the game. Alex Kerfoot is likely to see slightly more time with Robertson sidelined, though the severity of the rookie winger's injury isn't yet known.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Healthy scratch again
Robertson was a healthy scratch again Friday against the Wild. He had gotten back into action Wednesday night against the Devils for the first time since Nov. 12, but found himself back in the press box Friday. Robertson has five points (two goals, three assists) in 11 games this season, but needs to be in the Leafs' top six in order to truly show what he may be able to deliver. The Leafs are deep at forward, so Robertson's chance to stick on a top line may be limited.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Draws helper in win
Robertson posted an assist in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Hurricanes. Robertson was a healthy scratch for the first two games of November before replacing Wayne Simmonds in the lineup Sunday. The 21-year-old Robertson was able to earn the secondary helper on John Tavares' go-ahead goal in the third period. Through seven contests, Robertson's offense has shown up easily with two goals, three assists, 11 shots on net and a plus-3 rating. He still needs to round out his game a bit more to avoid being scratched or sent down.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Picks up assist
Robertson recorded an assist and three blocked shots in Monday's 3-1 loss to the Golden Knights. Robertson sure looks like he's here to stay with two goals and an assist through three contests. Over the previous two years' he recorded just two points in 16 outings. The 21-year-old winger has added seven shots on net, four hits, three blocked shots and a plus-1 rating while working on the Maple Leafs' second line. He's worth a look in fantasy formats that focus on point production.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Nick Robertson: Big-time season debut
Robertson scored two goals, including the game winner in overtime, in a 3-2 win over Dallas on Thursday. Robertson made the most of his time in the top six. He skated 14:24 with 1:45 on the power play. His first goal put the Leafs up 2-1 early in the third period. He took a pass from Michael Bunting and wired it past Scott Wedgewood from the slot. Then Robertson teamed with Auston Matthews and Morgan Rielly on a three-on-one in overtime and one-timed a dish from Matthews at the right face-off dot to seal the win. It was his season debut and he faced off against his brother, Jason Robertson.... See More ... See Less
