Owens got some revenge after losing in WarGames on Saturday night

Just two days after Survivor Series, WWE returned to television on Monday night with WWE Raw. In the main event, Kevin Owens managed to get some revenge over The Bloodline after coming up on the losing side in the WarGames match.

Owens vowed that he was done with Sami Zayn for good, leaving Zayn to The Bloodline after Zayn chose his new "family" instead of their his long friendship. Owens then went on to prove a bigger point in the main event, beating Jey Uso cleanly in the center of the ring.

Kevin Owens gets a measure of revenge against The Bloodline

Kevin Owens def. Jey Uso via pinfall with a stunner. Early in the show, The Usos and Sami Zayn were out to celebrate The Bloodline's victory at Survivor Series. Owens interrupted the group before he told Zayn that he was done with him entirely. He then challenged Uso to a match later in the show. Owens managed to pick up the win in the match with a stunner, even with Zayn, Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa at ringside, managing to escape after scoring the win.

There wasn't much on the night that felt like it advanced any storylines. Instead, the show mostly felt like fallout from Survivor Series. The storyline between Owens and Zayn remains masterful storytelling, but this match felt more like killing time than anything else. Grade: B

What else happened on WWE Raw?

• Becky Lynch brawled with Damage CTRL after an in-ring promo to start the show. Lynch conducted the promo from the crowd before Bayley interrupted. As Lynch went to fight Bayley in the ring, she was jumped by Dakota Kai and IYO SKY in the crowd, leading to an extended brawl.
• Mia Yim vs. Rhea Ripley ended in a no contest after interference by both The Judgement Day and The O.C. After Dominik Mysterio interfered in the match, AJ Styles ran to the ring, leading The Judgement Day to run to the ring and chaos ensuing. Styles then invited a four vs. four match.
• The Judgement Day def. The O.C. via pinfall when Rhea Ripley pinned Mia Yim with Riptide. Yim was cleaning house on the male members of The Judgement Day before being attacked from behind by Ripley for the finish. This made sense as Styles beat Finn Balor and Yim was on the winning side of WarGames opposite Ripley and WWE loves nothing more than 50/50 booking.
• The Street Profits def. Alpha Academy via pinfall when Montez Ford hit Chad Gable with a frog splash.
• Austin Theory refused to fight Seth Rollins. After a Theory promo where he said he never wanted to be called a "kid" again, Rollins came to the ring to congratulate Theory on winning the United States championship before laying out a challenge as he called Theory "kid" several times. Theory said he'd fight Rollins on his own time.
• Dexter Lumis def. The Miz in an Anything Goes Match to secure a contract on Raw. Miz tried to back out with an "injured hand" but was forced to take part in the match, which Lumis won via submission. As Lumis handed out Miz's money to kids at ringside after the match, Miz attacked him, only for Johnny Gargano to lay him out with a superkick and give the money back to Lumis.
• Candace LaRae def Dakota Kai via pinfall with a swinging neckbreaker from the middle rope.
