Jay will be permanently moved to the bullpen, Twins farm director Brad Steil told the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

Jay missed the final month of last season with a strained neck and shoulder fatigue. The 2015 first-round draft pick moved to the rotation from the bullpen last year with strong signs of success. He had a 2.84 ERA and 68:21 K:BB in 69.2 innings over 13 starts at High-A Fort Myers. However, it sounds like worries over his health may limit him to the bullpen. His fantasy value takes a large hit as a result, as he'd be more valuable as a starting pitcher.
