LeBlanc has cleared outright waivers and elected free agency Thursday, Jon Morosi of MLB Network reports.
LeBlanc made six appearances (one start) for the Orioles to begin the season, struggling to a 9.45 ERA and 1.80 WHIP in 6.2 innings. He was designated for assignment Saturday but will now be free to sign with any team via free agency.
