FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 2015 Fantasy Football Commissioner Referral Program Referral Program* Q: How can I take advantage of the referral offer? A: There are two ways to participate in the Fantasy Football Commissioner Referral Program: (1) If you have, or are a member of, a paid Fantasy Football Commissioner league, you can access your league(s) from the Referral Program page. In your league, you will be able to send email invites using the "Invite Friends" page. That page also includes your unique URL so that you can share it using your personal email, blogs, social pages and/or website. Once your invites are out, the "Referral Tracker" page (also inside your league) will allow you to keep track of sent and accepted invites. (2) All other registered users of CBSSports.com can get started by visiting the Referral Program page and accepting the terms of the Referral Program. After that, you'll be redirected to the Referral Tracker page where you can invite friends and track sent and accepted invites. That page also includes your unique URL so that you can share it using your personal email, blogs, social pages and/or website. Please note: in both instances, your friend(s) must use your unique URL to create and purchase their league(s) in order for you to receive credit. The league(s) must also stay active until the end of the NFL season in order to be eligible. All leagues (including your own) must be purchased by September 30, 2015 to qualify for the program. A: All eligible Participants of the Referral program may receive a Reward of Thirty Dollars (US$30.00), whether Participant purchases a Fantasy Football Commissioner league or not, subject to the complete terms of the Program. A: No, you cannot receive a referral reward for referring yourself. The referred league must be purchased by a different person. A: There is no limit to the number of referred leagues for which you can earn a reward. The leagues you refer must remain paid throughout the season and meet the terms and conditions of the program. A: At the end of the 2015 NFL season, you will be notified with instructions on how to claim your reward. You will be required to complete an affidavit. Participants that accumulate over Six Hundred Dollars (US$600.00) in rewards will receive an IRS 1099 form for their taxes.
