Hardy is signing with the Eagles on Sunday, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Hardy was let go by the Cowboys in mid-July and drew interest from the Vikings in free agency, but he'll ultimately join the Eagles for training camp. The 24-year-old appeared in three games for Dallas last year and logged four carries for 29 yards and a touchdown.
