Roullier (hand) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Cowboys, Stephen Czarda of the Redskins' official site reports.
Roullier didn't practice this week and will now miss a second consecutive game after undergoing right hand surgery. Tony Bergstrom is expected to start at center in his stead.
