Titans release LB Zaviar Gooden from IR

The Titans released linebacker Zaviar Gooden (hamstring) from injured reserve Tuesday, 247Sports reports. 

Gooden believes he can still play this season despite being placed on injured reserve, so the Titans released him so he can try to hook on with another team.
