Leblanc cleared unconditional waivers Saturday, TSN's Bob McKenzie reports.
Now that he has cleared waivers, Leblanc will report to AHL Bridgeport. The 24-year-old center registered 28 points (14 goals, 14 assists) in 71 games with AHL Norfolk last season.
