Nyman was assigned to AHL Coachella Valley on Tuesday.
Nyman generated 26 goals and 43 points in 48 regular-season games for Ilves of Finland's Liiga in 2023-24. He also added one goal and one assist in five playoff outings. Seattle selected the 19-year-old forward with the No. 49 overall pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft.
