He may not have been selected in Round 1, but Kisakov was legitimately one of the most talented offensive players available in this year's draft. He dominated the Russian Junior League to the tune of 36 goals and 73 points in 61 games this past season, chipping in 90 penalty minutes for good measure. While that's all well and good, Kisakov is listed at 5-foot-10 and about 150 pounds. He'll have to add a minimum of 20 pounds of muscle in order to play professional hockey in North America, and it remains to be seen if Kisakov can remain shifty and effective as he bulks up. The ceiling here is immense, but the odds of Kisakov getting there may be small. He's nothing more than an extreme, high-end lottery ticket for Buffalo.
