Lerg was recalled from AHL San Jose on Thursday in the wake of an injury to Joonas Donskoi, who may not play due to a lower-body injury, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports.
Lerg has four points in just as many games for the Baby Sharks this season. He figures to be up with the parent club until it is determined that Donskoi is back to full strength.
