Parise scored a goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 6-2 win over the Avalanche. Parise restored the Wild's lead at 2-1 in the second period, and the goal was his 800th career point in his 1,031st appearance. More importantly, Parise snapped a nine-game goal drought with the tally. In that span, he had only four assists. The 36-year-old winger is up to eight points, 37 shots on net and an even plus-minus rating in 16 games, but he's been plagued by an 8.1 shooting percentage so far.

Parise produced an assist, three shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 6-2 win over the Sharks. Parise had the secondary helper on Marcus Foligno's second-period tally. The 36-year-old Parise has two assists in four games since the Wild's season resumed, so perhaps there's some life in his game. He's still gone nine contests without a goal and he has only seven points through 15 games overall.

Parise posted a power-play assist in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Ducks. Parise set up Marcus Foligno for the Wild's third goal, capping off a strong passing sequence on a late power play. The helper was Parise's second in his last three games, The 36-year-old winger has just six points, 31 shots on goal and a minus-5 rating in 13 contests.

Per NHL Public Relations on Monday, Parise and the Wild's games have been postponed through at least Feb. 13, which means his next opportunity to play won't be until Feb. 16 against the Kings. The Wild have eight players in the NHL's COVID-19 protocol. Parise isn't currently on the list, so he should be available once the team returns to action. The 36-year-old registered five points and 31 shots on net through the first 11 games.

Per Adrian Dater of ColoradoHockeyNow.com, Thursday's game for Parise between the Wild and Avalanche has been postponed. This news comes on the heels of news breaking earlier Wednesday that six players on Minnesota and one on Colorado were placed in the league's COVID-19 protocol. Per the NHL's public relations, the teams' games will be postponed at least through Feb. 9. The Wild's next scheduled game is next Saturday against the Kings, but it's still up in the air when Minnesota will return to the ice.
