Webb Simpson might be the current U.S. Open champion, but he occasionally hits a golf shot that would make even the common spectator a bit worried.

On Sunday at the Ryder Cup, Simpson shanked his tee shot on the par-3 eighth in his match against Ian Poulter, and NBC did a great job of catching it with its blimp camera.

Not only is this not the first time he has done it, this isn't even the first time he has done it this month. During the FedEx Cup playoffs, Simpson shanked a tee shot at the BMW Championship, and we got a nice angle of that one as well.

Simpson went on to lose the hole to Poulter and is currently in a dogfight against the hottest player on the European team.
