The Oakland Athletics led the majors in homers after the All-Star break and ranked third in the AL during the regular season. So it's been no surprise that it's factored in early Monday during Game 3 of their ALDS against the Tigers.
Here's Josh Reddick, clubbing his second career postseason home run.
Incidentally, Reddick's other postseason homer also came in Comerica Park -- last season in Game 2 of the ALDS.
With a 6-3 lead in the fifth, the A's have homered three times. They may not have the greatest starpower/name recognition, but they bring the power.
