EAGLES WIN

The Eagles certainly looked like Super Bowl favorites as they responded to adversity time and time again versus the Bills on Sunday. Even when Buffalo took the lead with a field goal in overtime, Philadelphia never panicked. Instead, it methodically drove 75 yards down the field in eight plays, constantly putting pressure on the defense. And on first-and-10 with less than three minutes to play, Jalen Hurts kept the ball, weaving through defenders as he crossed the goal line to secure an exhilarating 37-34 victory. It marked Hurts' fifth total touchdown of the game, which moved Philadelphia to 10-1 on the season and dropped the Bills to 6-6.

Bills back ahead

What could have been. The Bills would have won the game if Gabe Davis and Josh Allen were on the same page, but Davis went outside into the end zone and Allen threw it inside, resulting in an incompletion instead of a touchdown. There was a consolation prize, however: Tyler Bass' 40-yard field goal put Buffalo in front, but now Philadelphia has a chance to win the game.

59-YARD FG

Absolutely incredible. 59-yards, in the rain, to tie the game with seconds left in regulation. And Jake Elliott drilled it for the Eagles to tie the game at 31! To overtime we go in Philadelphia.

Bills RESPOND

This has been such a fun game. The Bills, despite dominating much of the game, found themselves trailing midway through the fourth quarter. Staring their sixth loss of the season in the face, they responded by going 74 yards in 10 plays and draining 5:14 off the clock. Gabe Davis then scored the go-ahead TD to put Buffalo on top.

Eagles LEAD

Somehow, some way, the Eagles find ways to have success -- even when they're not playing their best. Jalen Hurts just threw his third TD in his LAST FOUR PASSES, and this one was vintage Hurts. He bought time outside the pocket, waited for someone to come open, and then placed his throw perfectly to Olamide Zaccheaus in the end zone with two Bills guarding him. Philadelphia has the lead.

8 straight games with an INT

Josh Allen has done almost everything he could against the Eagles ... and it still may not be enough. He's now thrown an interception in eight straight games, giving the Eagles the ball back with the chance to take the lead.

STUFFED

The Raiders being up 14-0 was fun, but the Chiefs found their stride and cruised to another division victory. Chris Jones put the finishing touches on the win by stuffing Josh Jacobs on fourth-and-1, giving Kansas City the ball back.

JOSH ALLEN

Josh Allen knows the season is on the line, and he's doing everything in his power to make sure the Bills stay in good position in the AFC playoff race. No defender was any match for Allen as he scrambled 16 yards into the end zone to put Buffalo back up double digits.

Here come the Eagles

First the missed field goal. Then the touchdown drive. In a blink, the Eagles pulled closer to the Bills on A.J. Brown's touchdown catch.

Chiefs WR1

If rookie Rashee Rice plays like he has Sunday, the Chiefs offense is going to again be very dangerous. Rice has career highs in receptions (seven) and yards (88) to go along with this electric 39-yard touchdown down the left sideline. Since going down 14, Kansas City has outscored Las Vegas, 28-3.

Trick play gone wrong

If the Chiefs' trick play is at one end of the spectrum, then the Browns' is on the other. Cleveland tried to run a double-reserve pass, yet Pierre Strong Jr. couldn't handle the pitch from Elijah Moore. Denver recovered the fumble deep in opposing territory, and a few plays later extended its lead on a sweet catch from TE Adam Trautman. Huge mistake from the Browns.

Diggs delivers

Let's keep the alliteration going with Stefon Diggs catching an absolute LASER from Josh Allen for a touchdown with 12 seconds to go in the half. Massive play for Buffalo to go up double-digits on the 9-1 Eagles at the break.

DTR delivers

It wasn't looking good for the Browns down 14-0 early in the second quarter, but rookie QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson has led them back into the game. His short TD to Harrison Bryant on fourth-and-goal has Cleveland within two points in the third quarter.

BLOCKED FG

The odds-on favorite for NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year made another massive play Sunday. Yes, that would be Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter, who blocked the Bills' field goal attempt to keep the score 10-7 Buffalo.

FAKE PUNT

And from their own 28-yard line no less! RISKY play call from Jonathan Gannon, but punter Blake Gillikin got the job done on fourth-and-7 to keep the drive alive. Unfortunately for Arizona, two penalties derailed the drive and forced Gillikin to punt a few plays later.

Trick play leads to game-tying TD

One of the smoothest triple-reverse passes you'll ever see, and of course it came from an Andy Reid offense. Mahomes to Pacheco to Richie James back to Mahomes and finally to Kelce for a 23-yard pickup. Three plays later, the Chiefs tied things up on Justin Watson's short score.

Chiefs on the board

Now we've got a game, as the Chiefs responded big time to a 14-point deficit. In 12 plays, Kansas City went 71 yards and scored on Isiah Pacheco's short TD run.

Tipped and picked and rushed and scored

Buffalo, in desperate need of a win, is playing like it early on against the Eagles. Leonard Floyd deflected the pass of Jalen Hurts, and Terrel Bernard came down with the interception around the Philadelphia 30-yard line. Five plays later, Josh Allen rumbled over Eagles defenders on his QB draw to give the Bills the 10-7 advantage.

Welcome back, Kyren Williams

The Rams are a different offense with a healthy Kyren Williams. In his first game back from injured reserve, Williams has torched the Cardinals defense to the tune of 13 touches for 96 yards and this perfectly-executed screen pass for a score.

Josh Jacobs says GOODBYE

The Chiefs are officially on upset alert, as the Raiders now have a two-touchdown lead after Josh Jacobs' 63-yard scamper. It felt like every Kansas City player was up near the line of scrimmage, because once Jacobs broke through the left side, he only needed one stiff-arm (and it was a nasty one) to break completely free for the long score.

Tush tuddy

That's what I'm calling it when the Eagles score on the "Tush Push," aka the "Brotherly Shove." Aside from when Jalen Hurts fumbled at the goal line against the Commanders, this play has been automatic at the opponent's one-yard line. It worked again to put Philadelphia up on Buffalo.

Let Russ Cook (with his legs)

Russell Wilson, who turns 35 years old on Wednesday, has shown Sunday that he can still produce with his legs. He's already got seven carries for 38 yards and a touchdown that gave the Broncos a 14-0 advantage over the Browns.

Two for Higbee

The first half between the Rams and Cardinals has flown by, and that's partly because Matthew Stafford has rarely thrown an incompletion. He's 13 of 16 for 115 yards and two touchdowns -- both to tight end Tyler Higbee. We've got a fun one in Arizona.

The Raiders?

How about Aidan O'Connell? The Raiders rookie QB completed all four of his passes on the opening drive for 57 yards, including an 18-yard connection to Jakobi Meyers to open the scoring. Las Vegas punches Kansas City in the mouth early.

Cards QBs combine for 8 points

They say if you have two QBs, you have none. That's still correct, but the Cardinals made it work on their opening drive Sunday. First Kyler Murray scored from two yards out on a zone-read keeper, and then, after a Rams penalty, rookie Clayton Tune came in for the successful QB sneak for the two-point conversion.

DOINK saves Jaguars

The Jaguars took a commanding lead of the AFC South thanks to their nail-biting victory over the surprise Texans. Houston had a chance to tie the game at the end of regulation with a field goal from Matt Ammendola, but his 58-yard field goal attempt -- which would have been the longest of his life -- doinked off the middle crossbar to preserve Jacksonville's 24-21 win.

GIANTS WIN

Perhaps the worst game of the early slate actually had some drama, with the Patriots having a chance to send the game to overtime with a 35-yard field goal. Instead, rookie Chad Ryland hooked his attempt wide left, giving the Giants their second straight win. New England is now 2-9 on the season -- the franchise's worst start since 1992.

Stroud keeps Texans alive

Even down double digits, C.J. Stroud continues to attack. His third total touchdown of the day has the Texans within three points of the Jaguars with plenty of time left.

BIJAN

When the Falcons involve Bijan Robinson, good things happen. Seventeen touches for 110 yards and two scores for the electric first-round rookie, including this 26-yard catch on a beautiful floater from Desmond Ridder.

Sloppy Zappe

When you attempt to throw the ball in between three defenders, bad things usually happen. Bailey Zappe tried and failed, with Xavier McKinney corralling the interception to set up New York for the go-ahead field goal. Pats down, 10-7, with fewer than 10 minutes to play.
