With the Raiders DST the butt of many Fantasy jokes before Week 1, the unit came out swinging in the team's 21-17 loss to the Colts. The Raiders sacked Andrew Luck four times and held the Colts to a respectable 21 points.
While there were no fumbles or interceptions recorded, the Raiders passed the eyeball test -- knocking down passes and defending wideouts on deep routes without penatliy flags being thrown.
The Raiders aren't the strongest DST option going forward, but they may turn some heads with the right matchup (like next week's contest against the Jaguars) and could be a pleasant surprise in deeper leagues this season.
