Chelsea continued its march to the Premier League title with a contest against Southampton on Tuesday at Stamford Bridge. And it didn't even take long for the Blues to get going. That is so well done. A great hit, yes, but credit also goes to Diego Costa for holding up the ball well and playing Hazard perfectly for his career-high 15th Premier League goal of the season.

Not sure what the Southampton defense was thinking there, but Chelsea won't care.
