Lynn Williams is going to remember October 2016. Earlier this month she was crowned NWSL MVP, won the Golden Boot and took home the league crown with the Western New York Flash, and on Wednesday she made her USWNT debut and needed only 51 seconds to score the winner.

Williams, a 23-year-old forward, scored early in the second half in the USWNT's 4-0 victory against Switzerland in a friendly.

In a match featuring 11 new players on the American side, she was substituted on at the break and quickly made an impact, springing free and patiently shooting past the goalkeeper and into the left side of the goal. Take a look:

Tobin Heath, Christen Press and Sam Mewis all added goals in the second half. The USWNT possessed the ball for 68 percent of the game.

Next up for the U.S. is another friendly against Switzerland on Sunday in Minneapolis.
