DEADLINE TO JOIN
If you are placed in a league by Thursday at 7:25 pm ET, you'll have access to the full player pool, including the Thursday night game.
Can't get in by Thursday? No problem. Join by 12pm ET on Sunday and we'll place you in a league with other players who missed the Thursday deadline. Your league will have access to Thursday night players starting with the second week of your four-week game.
ROSTER
Set a new lineup each week with 1 QB,
2 RBs, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 1 K and 1 DST. You can only use a player once per four-week game, so be sure you plan ahead. Players lock five minutes prior to the first game on Thursday and Sunday.

SCORING
Player Challenge leagues use the same straightforward scoring as CBSSports.com standard leagues.
There are points for touchdowns, yards, made kicks, offensive turnovers (negative) and defensive stats.
1 2013 CBSSports.com Football Player Challenge Platinum and Diamond categories are open to: (a) Registered Users of CBSSports.com; (b) legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana and Washington State) (for purposes of clarity, Puerto Rico and all US territories and possessions are expressly excluded) ; and (c) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the date of registration in the Challenge. Challenge ends 12/29/2013. Individual Contests (14) last for a period of 4 weeks each. Individual Contests begin weekly starting on 9/5/13 and ending on 12/8/13. See Official Rules for details.

PLEASE NOTE: Notwithstanding the foregoing: (i) eligible legal residents of Canada, Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana and Washington State may play Football Player Challenge Gold, but are NOT eligible to win any prizes; and (ii) you must be 18 or age of majority in state of residence in order to win a prize. Challenge ends 12/29/2013. Individual Contests (14) last for a period of 4 weeks each. Individual Contests begin weekly starting on 9/5/13 and ending on 12/8/13. See Official Rules for details.

Regarding Thursday games, note that all players registering after 7:25 pm ET on Thursdays will only be placed in groups with other players who also signed up after 7:25 pm ET on Thursday of that same week. This is so that all owners in the same league have the same advantage in terms of available players to select from, as the Thursday players lock and cannot be selected for the first week of Challenge play after 5-minutes prior to their game's start time.
