Duke center Jahlil Okafor is wearing a protective boot on his injured left foot for precautionary measures leading up to Saturday's clash against Clemson, the school told Andy Katz of ESPN. He will continue to be re-evaluated moving forward, leaving his status uncertain for for the ACC clash at Cameron Indoor.

Okafor, who is the projected No. 1 overall prospect if he leaves Duke for the NBA, suffered a sprained ankle after landing awkwardly after a hook shot in the first half of Wednesday's 92-90 overtime thriller over No. 15 North Carolina. Okafor had his ankles taped at halftime and lead the No. 4 Blue Devils with a double-double, scoring 12 points on 6-of-11 shooting while hauling in 13 rebounds while logging 41 minutes in the victory. He is averaging 17.9 points and 9.4 rebounds while 66.1 percent from the field this season.

CBSSports.com Bracketology Expert Jerry Palm still has Duke as a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament after Wednesday's victory.
