Who's Playing

Lafayette @ Columbia

Current Records: Lafayette 1-4; Columbia 2-4

What to Know

The Lafayette Leopards will take on the Columbia Lions at 7 p.m. ET on Monday at Francis S. Levien Gymnasium. Lafayette will be strutting in after a win while Columbia will be stumbling in from a defeat.

The Leopards can't say they have nothing to be thankful for this Thanksgiving week. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights last Monday, sneaking past 53-51.

Meanwhile, the game between Columbia and the Boston College Eagles this past Friday was not a total blowout, but with Columbia falling 73-60 on the road, it was darn close to turning into one. The top scorers for Columbia were Liam Murphy (19 points) and Geronimo Rubio De La Rosa (17 points).

Barring any buzzer beaters, Lafayette is expected to win a tight contest. Those who got lucky with them against the spread last week might want to hold off on placing bets this time since the squad has yet to string together back-to-back wins against the spread.

Columbia's loss took them down to 2-4 while Lafayette's victory pulled them up to 1-4. A win for the Lions would reverse both their bad luck and Lafayette's good luck. We'll see if Columbia manages to pull off that tough task or if Lafayette keeps their momentum going instead.
