Martin Agosta has sick strikeout rate

Giants pitching prospect Martin Agosta earned his first career win during his season debut April 5 for Class A Augusta. Agosta allowed four hits and no walks in five scorless innings, striking out nine.

Agosta, who was a 2012 second-round pick, is 1-0 with a 2.87 ERA and 1.34 WHIP in six career starts (15 2/3 innings). He also has 28 strikeouts (16.1 K/9).
