Watts (undisclosed) was waived with an injury designation by the Steelers on Monday.
Watts joined Pittsburgh after failing to hear his name called during the 2022 NFL Draft, but he's since been cut. He spent his last season of college ball at Massachusetts, recording a career-best 43 tackles (26 solo), one interception and four passes defensed.
