Middleton was placed on the practice squad reserve/COVID-19 list by the Jaguars on Saturday.
Middleton has either tested positive for the virus or come into close contact with an infected person. In order to return to team activities, the Appalachian State product will need to pass the league's COVID-19 protocols.
