Paquette (lower body) will resume practicing with the team Monday, John Lu of TSN.ca reports.
Paquette has reportedly been dealing with a minor injury since Sept. 30, and his timeline to return reinforces that it's nothing serious. Still, his availability for Wednesday's season-opener against Toronto is unclear, and it's possible he could be healthy scratched even if he's over the injury. Paquette recorded eight points in 47 games last season.
