Rymsha will not be handed a qualifying offer from the Kings on Monday which will see him become a free agent, John Hoven of SiriusXM NHL Network Radio reports.

Rymsha -- who was selected in the fifth round of the 2017 NHL Draft -- made his NHL debut in 2020-21 in which he logged 13:16 of ice time and registered a plus-1 rating. Considering the 22-year-old center has been unable to secure even consistent AHL minutes, the fact that the club decided against giving him a qualifying offer shouldn't come as a surprise.
