Pirri skated 15:30 in his Ducks debut Wednesday against the Rangers, tallying two shots on goal and no points.

Acquired at the trade deadline from Florida for practically nothing, Pirri lingered on IR with an ankle injury for a couple weeks before being activated for Wednesday's game. Although he didn't get on the scoresheet, the 24-year-old played alongside Ryan Getzlaf and David Perron, and he was on the ice in desperation time with the Ducks pressing for the game-tying goal. Keep an eye on him moving forward; Pirri could provide sneaky fantasy value in the season's remaining games.
