Ramo was released from his professional tryout by the Toronto Marlies of the AHL on Tuesday, Chris Johnston of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Ramo is trying to make his way back from a torn anterior cruciate ligament and will continue to rehab the injury in Finland. He might get another look from some organization in the future, but it's clear he isn't close to returning to NHL game action.
